Question 1

How does pickup work?

Accepted Answer

We set a time, I have the trailer clean and ready for you, we meet at our place in Alpine, we do a walk around of the trailer, we hitch it up, I take a few pictures of it hitched to your vehicle, and off you go. If you need help with the hitching up process we can help with that.

Question 2

What if something comes up and I can't make it at our designated pick-up time?

Accepted Answer

Life happens. No problem. Just drop me a text as soon as you can and let me know you're running late. The rental doesn't begin until you're hitched up and driving away.

Question 3

Do you offer delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, delivery may be available depending on schedule and distance. We are a small family-run business, so delivery is not guaranteed for every rental, but we do our best to help when we can. Delivery and pick-up is generally available within 40 miles of Highland/Alpine at $1.50 per mile.

Question 4

Do I need a special hitch or tow package to pull this trailer?

Accepted Answer

Most vehicles with a standard Class I or II hitch and a 2" ball can tow this trailer - it's a single axle 5x8, so it's light and easily to pull. If you're not sure what your vehicle has, send us a photo of your hitch and the GVWR sticker inside the driver door and we'll let you know.
